Sendbacks run through our retail partner under the policy printed on your order page: that page has the timelines, the labels and the money side, and their people handle all three.

Before anything goes back, write to us with the burner stamp and the part you received. Half of the time a lamp and a part that do not get along is a fit question, and a two line answer saves a fortnight of shuttling boxes.
