To get the right answer in one pass, tell us what is stamped on the burner collar (width or model number), which glass shape the lamp takes, and what the flame is doing that it should not. A photo of the burner beats three paragraphs.

Questions about an order in progress belong with our retail partner: the order page you bought from has the buttons and the people for that.
