How bottles travel

We are the catalogue, not the courier. Every purchase runs through our retail partner, and the parcel travels under their roof: carriers, timing and delivery cost are all shown at their checkout before you commit to anything.

That also means delivery questions have a better address than ours. The order page in your account with the retailer shows where the parcel is and who to nudge if it dawdles.

What we can help with is what goes in the box: if you are unsure the wick or glass you picked fits your lamp, ask before it travels. The part finder settles most of it in four questions.
